The essentials below are also sent in your confirmation email the moment you book.
Load-In & Setup
- ✦ Vendor load-in begins at 10:00 AM — be set by 11:15 AM (VIP doors 11:30).
- ✦ Event runs Noon–7PM; breakdown after 7PM.
- ✦ Enter via the loading entrance at BK Loft 26 — details sent before the event.
What to Bring
- ✦ Your own table, chairs, display and signage. We provide the space, not the furniture.
- ✦ A tent if you booked a 10×10 — that spot is sized for a tent you bring.
- ✦ A way to take payment (Square/Stripe/cash) — you keep 100% of your sales.
- ✦ Any licenses/COI your product category requires.
- ✦ A costume or spooky booth touch — it's a séance, lean in. 🕯️

- ✦ Indoor venue — rain or shine.
- ✦ 21+ event; all vendors and staff must be 21+.
- ✦ Booth fees are non-refundable; placement confirmed by the organizer.
